December 2020 WTR

This December I would like to chill the heck out, and maybe get some reading finished. It would be nice to cross off some of the series from my list of things to read, so I’ve curated this list to reach that goal. And, I also own physical copies of each of these books, so that would be a bonus.

I would like to close out my reading of the first Mistborn trilogy with Elantris. I’m hoping to continue reading Brandon Sanderson’s comere and catch up to the most recent publications by 2022. I do enjoy Sanderson’s writing style, but there’s just something daunting about wanting to read many large books.

I desperately need to catch up on Sarah J. Maas’ Throne of Glass series. I’m planning on rereading Queen of Shadows and then starting my first read of Empire of Storms.

And, honestly, I’m not sure how this month is going to go reading wise, or if I’m going to be in the mood for some fantasy. I would like to get to these fantastical reads, but I’m not going to be putting a ton of pressure on myself to finish them if they’re just not my jam this month.

I would also like to read Crazy Stupid Bromance by Lyssa Kay Adams. This series has my heart, and I can’t wait to get back to it. This series just puts me in the best mood.

I’ve never read anything by Daisy Prescott, but the Smoky Mountains have my heart. I took my first trip to them with my sister around this time last year and we had a blast. This book sounds like a treat, and I absolutely love the cover!
